This aluminium system profile is an expansion of the existing range of basic steel products. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The high-precision extrusion makes it possible to produce systems that do not require mechanical finishing. The profiles can be fitted with profile guides of size 30. An M3 gear rack was chosen as the drive.<\/p>\n<p>The aluminium profile can be used as a mono profile with 1 or 2 guides in combination with a gear rack. For larger systems, such as robot tracks, 2 profiles can be used in parallel. This principle will be mainly used when using lighter robots, such as in welding applications.<\/p>\n<p>The accuracies of the aluminium profile far exceed the required minimums for this type of application. The maximum length for one piece is 6 metres.
