Une solution d\u2019automatisation unique pour TRUMPF, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Romias en collaboration avec Vansichen Linear Technology. Le r\u00e9sultat : une ligne de production ultramoderne dans laquelle un robot rose vif se d\u00e9place sans effort sur un axe de transfert de sept m\u00e8tres. Une cellule robotis\u00e9e avanc\u00e9e sur un axe de transfert de sept m\u00e8tres, avec un robot rose vif en guise d\u2019accroche baptis\u00e9 Lena 2.0.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Nous construisons normalement nos propres axes de transfert, mais la qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019expertise de Vansichen nous ont convaincus. Ce projet repr\u00e9sentait une belle opportunit\u00e9 de collaboration. \u00bb<br \/>\nMartijn Jansen, CEO de Romias<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb]<strong>Un axe de transfert intelligent pour le travail de pr\u00e9cision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trumpf.com\/en_INT\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TRUMPF<\/a>, le d\u00e9fi consistait \u00e0 automatiser deux machines d\u2019usinage par \u00e9tincelage (EDM). Le robot devait se d\u00e9placer entre les machines avec une vitesse et une pr\u00e9cision \u00e9lev\u00e9es, sans compromettre la stabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le choix d\u2019un axe de transfert de Vansichen \u00e9tait strat\u00e9gique \u00bb, explique Martijn. \u00ab Nous n\u2019avions pas la capacit\u00e9 de le fabriquer nous-m\u00eames et nous voulions un partenaire qui ma\u00eetrise parfaitement cette technologie. Les exigences de TRUMPF en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 sont tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es, mais Vansichen nous a fourni exactement ce dont nous avions besoin L\u2019axe de transfert a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 plus haut que d\u2019habitude afin que le robot puisse travailler dans les machines par le haut. En outre, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 parfaitement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la cellule pour un fonctionnement sans faille.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb]<strong>Un robot rose avec du caract\u00e8re : la naissance de Lena<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le projet a pris une tournure inattendue et ludique. Lors d\u2019une r\u00e9union avec la cheffe de projet de TRUMPF, une id\u00e9e ludique a \u00e9merg\u00e9 : \u00ab Pourquoi pas un <a href=\"https:\/\/vansichen.be\/fr\/axes-de-transfert-de-robots\/\">robot<\/a> rose ? \u00bb Par co\u00efncidence, c\u2019est aussi la couleur de l\u2019identit\u00e9 visuelle de Vansichen.<\/p>\n<p>Chez Romias, on appr\u00e9cie ce genre de d\u00e9fis. Le robot jaune standard a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement repeint en rose fluorescent, ce qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi simple. Martijn raconte : \u00ab Normalement, nous pulv\u00e9risons une couche sur le robot, mais cette fois, il en a fallu six : quatre couches de blanc pour neutraliser le jaune, puis deux couches de rose n\u00e9on. Il fallait vraiment que cela claque. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour rendre les choses encore plus personnelles, Romias donne depuis des ann\u00e9es des noms \u00e0 ses robots, souvent choisis par les collaborateurs ou les clients. Cette fois, le choix a \u00e9t\u00e9 vite fait : \u00ab la cheffe de projet s\u2019appelant Lena, le robot est donc devenu Lena 2.0. \u00bb[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb]<strong>Des tests, des tests et encore des tests<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Romias ne laisse rien au hasard. Avant d\u2019\u00eatre livr\u00e9e \u00e0 TRUMPF, la cellule a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement construite et test\u00e9e dans ses propres installations. \u00ab De cette mani\u00e8re, nous \u00e9vitons les pannes et pouvons livrer un syst\u00e8me enti\u00e8rement op\u00e9rationnel qui fonctionne imm\u00e9diatement \u00bb, explique M. Jansen. Cette approche permet de gagner du temps et de minimiser les temps d\u2019arr\u00eat chez le client. \u00ab Une solution d\u2019automatisation doit fonctionner parfaitement d\u00e8s le premier jour.
