Cette acquisition pr\u00e9sente d\u2019importants avantages pour les deux parties\u00a0: Vansichen augmente consid\u00e9rablement sa capacit\u00e9 et fait son entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 allemand par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019un acteur certifi\u00e9 ISO\u00a09001, actif notamment dans le secteur automobile. Pour SimKon, la gamme de pistes que l\u2019entreprise peut proposer s\u2019\u00e9largit consid\u00e9rablement. Le g\u00e9rant actuel, Gunter Ziel, continuera \u00e0 travailler pour Simkon, tout comme les 6\u00a0collaborateurs que l\u2019entreprise emploie. SimKon G.
