The two Vansichen sons complement each other like yin and yang! Pieter, the eldest son, is fully engaged with the operational aspect of business, and is energised by attaining goals as a team.
Thomas, the youngest one, specialises in the financial and organisational spheres. He enjoys the feeling of truly having helped the customer make headway.
Their initial introduction to Vansichen Lineairtechniek ran smoothly. “The people are highly motivated”, says Pieter Vansichen. “I have already become formally acquainted with every colleague; it was all very positive.”
Pieter intends to fully immerse himself, and to lend a helping hand across the board.
Thomas is gradually taking over Vera’s responsibilities in matters pertaining to administration, the accounts and HR. He will also get involved in the marketing side of things.
Their mutual objective is to stimulate further growth of the company. Based on his background – he’s lived in numerous countries from the Czech Republic to China – Pieter is planning to roll out a globalisation strategy.
