VANSICHEN MULTI-AXIS SYSTEMS

Vansichen Linear Technology has a great deal of experience in creating multi-axis systems. An experienced project team and an extensive range of standard components form an excellent basis for those systems. Vansichen Linear Technology stays with the client throughout the projects. We do the mechanical engineering as well as the implementation. The scope of our deliveries extends as far as the gear box. Motorisation, grippers and tools are among the competencies of the machine builders that are our clients.

Our systems are always based on machined box profiles or high-precision platework. All structures are calculated on the basis of FEM (finite elements). The guideways and drives for the systems are made primarily using Hiwin profile guideways and Atlanta rack and pinion systems. Other guideway and drive principles, such as running wheels or toothed-belt drives are naturally also available.
