These gear racks are bevelled at an angle of 19° 31’ 42”. The consequence of this is that the pitch becomes a rounded number (e.g.: 10 mm). This also applies to the hole pattern for the mounting holes.

The gear racks are available in different materials with special treatments such as: soft, hardened and tempered, inductively hardened, inset hardened or ground.
The teeth of the gear racks can be finished in various accuracies.
The standard lengths of the gear racks are 1000 mm and 2000 mm.
The gear racks can be supplied with and without mounting holes.
Special lengths can be made on request.
