ATLANTA: SERVO WORM GEAR BOXES
Outside racks and pinions Atlanta also produces servo driving elements. The high precision servo worm-worm gear boxes, up to 1 arcmin, are ideally suited for applications where large axial forces occur due to the helical teeth.
FEATURES
- Worm-Worm gear with a gear ratio (i) of 4.75 to 50.
- Different designs with different mounting options available.
- Backlashes from <6 to <1 arcmin, in no-load condition.
- Sizes for a axle spacing of 32 to 100 mm.
- Different motor adapters and couplings are available separately.
- The servo worm-worm gear reducer units are ideal for applications where large axial forces occur due to the bevel gear.

GEARS WITH A SPLINED CONNECTION
The gear and the shaft form one whole. This is mounted in the reduction box with a splined connection. You can choose from straight and bevel toothed gears.
SPECIAL SHAFTS
These shafts are equipped with splines so any gear can be mounted on them. These shafts can be mounted in the reduction box using a splined connection or a clamped connection.
GEARS WITH A CLAMP CONNECTION
The gear and the shaft form one whole. This is mounted in the reduction box with a clamp connection. You can choose from straight and bevel toothed gears.
ADJUSTABLE GEAR WITH A CLAMP CONNECTION
These gears are mounted in the reduction box with a clamp connection. They can be adjusted for pretension between the gear and the gear rack.
CLAMP RINGS
These rings are used to connect the gears and shafts to the reduction boxes using a clamping connection.
